A State Built For Every Citizen

We believe in a Kwara where everyone counts – where fairness, opportunity, and dignity are not privileges, but rights. This is our vision, and we’re building it together.

We believe in a Kwara where everyone counts – where fairness, opportunity, and dignity are not privileges, but rights. This is our vision, and we’re building it together. At The Kwara Forum, we are ordinary people with an extraordinary belief: that our state can work for all of us, not just a few.

Political Marginalization

Kwara North has been excluded from power for too long - we’re calling for balance.

Low Civic Participation

Too many citizens stay silent - we’re encouraging active, informed engagement.

Injustice & Inequality

We’re confronting systems that benefit a few at the expense of many.

Lack of Youth Engagement

We’re creating space for the next generation to lead.

Regional Disconnection

We’re building bridges across all zones and backgrounds.

Shaping a FAIRER Future for Every KwaraN

We are a coalition of conscious, forward-thinking citizens committed to justice, equity, and inclusive governance in Kwara State. United by a shared belief in fairness and dignity for all, we’re building a grassroots movement that empowers every community and champions the political inclusion of long-marginalized regions – especially as we look ahead to 2027. This is more than advocacy; it’s a call to restore balance and build a Kwara where every voice truly counts.

We believe the future of Kwara lies in shared responsibility – where leadership reflects the diversity of our people, and development reaches every corner of the state. Through civic education, strategic advocacy, and a clear vision for unity, The Kwara Forum is paving the way for a more just, inclusive, and representative Kwara.

The 2027 VISION!

As we look ahead to the pivotal 2027 elections, one of our central priorities is the #Kwara4KwaraNorth campaign — a principled and strategic call for fairness in the distribution of political leadership. For far too long, Kwara North has remained on the sidelines of executive power. It is time for a bold correction of this imbalance.

We therefore call on the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State to demonstrate leadership by zoning its 2027 governorship ticket to Kwara North. And we extend this call to all Kwarans — from every political party, region, and social class — to rally behind this just cause. This is not about political favoritism; it is about restoring balance, promoting unity, and honoring the unwritten moral code that binds our people together.

Zoning does not negate competence; it reinforces inclusion. Capable and visionary leaders reside in every corner of our state. To suggest otherwise is to deny the very ideals upon which Kwara was founded — ideals of equality, shared prosperity, and mutual respect.

We invite every advocate of justice, every lover of peace, and every believer in a united Kwara to join The Kwara Forum. This is more than a campaign — it is a people-driven movement for equity, youth engagement, and democratic renewal. Together, let us build a Kwara that works for everyone — a Kwara where fairness is not a privilege, but a principle.
